I purchased my new iPhone 13 Pro Max and now Siri responds with uhhuh and mmhmm. I can’t stand Siri now. Please help. And don’t tell me to change the name that Siri refers to me as. Or to just ask before she responds. I want her to reply with yes or something a bit more formal than mmmhhmm wth.
You may not like it but the only way to prevent the um hm is to ask the question immediately after you say "Hey, Siri....".

Mine never did work correctly. Then after awhile, when I chose to disconnect
Siri from all life support, I just used a search engine. With little more time, I can
now find most everything; with less trouble.. Without Siri or Apple, in my way!
You can go into settings Siri (iPhone) and erase all SIRI history;
then it would have to rebuild the cache again; to start working.
One of the last items I found; by accident. Maybe would have helped had
that been the first one; and perhaps may have worked better. [I doubt it.]
