Screen frozen

I enter my password on my Mac and the line comes up and then no cursor nothing else happens

can you please help!

Have you tried booting your Mac in safe mode and see if this problem persists in safe mode? How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

My MacBook screen is glitched and frozen I am seeing green, red, and blue speckles on my login screen and my login screen is frozen- completely. Some glitch in the screen as well. I’ve tried to restart it and boot it back up but it ends in the same result. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
