how do I enable a hotkey sequence from the right click menu on a Mac ?

I would like to launch an application (Collibra desktop) via a "Collibra" link in the right click menu. I can currently highlight text and hit "Control K" but would rather have it as a right click option for folks that do not use it that often and likely will not remember the hot key sequence ...
