I did a backup on my iPhone 6 and now my phone is disabled and I’m using my iPad for this problem my screen is very gray and it does not show a charging bar and it wontaccept my verification code

I did a cloud backup for more storage and now my phone is disabled and it won’t accept my verification code and my charging bar is blank the screen is a very light gray color

iPhone 6s, iOS 14
