Microsoft Remote Desktop unavailable for the AppleId registered from China mainland

Hi dear community,

I want to install "Microsoft Remote Desktop" on my MacBook;

But AppStore tells "Microsoft Remote Desktop" is unavailable for my region (China mainland).

I remember the App was available a few years. But now it is not available (June, 2022);

"Microsoft Remote Desktop for Mac" is free software, which can be used to log MS-windows Desktop.

Could you please advise if there is alternative way to download and install it?
