IPad won't connect to centurylink modem

Does anyone have problems connecting to a centurylink dsl modem?

It keeps giving me a message "if your network security is managed by Wi-Fi Address (also known as mac address) you may need to turn off Private Wi-Fi Address or modify your network settings. Iphone 8 won't connect to CenturyLInk Other devices will connect; however, my iphone8 gets a message "Unable to join the netwwork". Previously I had no problem connecting; however, this just started recently. Any suggestions would be very welcomed.

Network connection Lately, when I try to download a User Manual for iOS 16.3 in Books (when signed in), The GET button results in a notice that "Network Connection was lost", and retry gives same thing. Any ideas?

If it only happens using that modem, contact their manufacturer support team and ask for help.
