Cannot Delete These Apps, Storage is Almost Full

I have been trying to go through my apps to delete and make room on my phone however, these two are giving me the most trouble. I click “delete app” and then a few moments later they pop back up as if nothing happened. It is very frustrating since I do not use them in the first place, any help would he appreciated. Thank You!
