Photos App on my iPhone shows photos that I didn't take pictures of

Hi

I noticed in my photos today there were photos there that i did not take a picture of

How did this happen and how do i prevent this from happening again

If there are other devices as signed in to your Apple ID and iCloud Photos is enabled, then the photos will flow between the devices. Check if there are other devices logged in to your Apple ID.


Go to:

Settings -> Apple ID (Your name) scroll down to the bottom and see the overview of your devices. If there is one you do not know, delete it immediately and change the code to your Apple ID.


Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support
