hello, how do I pay for apple subscriptions in Russia if no one payment method (include Apple Pay) doesn't work in my region?

You should be able to add a local bank debit card or credit card to your iTunes & App Store account, but with the worldwide embargo of Russia there may not be a solution. You certainly cannot use Apple Pay.
