It won’t let me redownload an already purchased app

I’m a kid at the age of 10 and I’m trying to redownload a game on my IPhone XR that I’ve already downloaded/purchased/bought and it says “There is a billing problem with a family member’s previous purchase. Ask the family organizer to update their billing information.” I can download any app I haven’t downloaded before with no problem and I pretty sure I don’t have an outstanding balance.
