My daughter has a 12 and the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth will not turn

Try restarting the phone→Restart your iPhone - Apple Support. If that doesn’t resolve it, and you can’t turn on either Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, that indicates a hardware failure of the radio IC in the phone. Click on Get Support to discuss repair options.
