Apple TV authorization is required

Last night I watched a movie on my Apple TV from my Mac mini that is on the same network. No issues, now I try to watch any movie I get authorization is required. I have deactivated all my PCs that were previous attached to my login and reauthorized my Mac mini. I have tried to restart the devices and still don’t work.

I have a new mac and I am trying to log into Apple TV. It is telling me that I am over my 5 devices I can log into and I have to deauthorize one before I can log in. OK, so the non factory reset one is also playing downloaded purchases. It still has a library that hasn't updated since Feb 2021, but at least it's not totally empty LOL.
