Why Vixer app is 5 gb memory if I deleted all my videos there. It takes too much storage.

To how much is allocated for your local iPhone storage, navigate to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.

If recently deleted you can test a normal restart of your iPhone to see if the storage updates. Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
You can also navigate to Settings > General > iPhone Storage tap on the app and check to see what data is still being used. Let us know what you find.
