Just shows green charge cable or red charge cable. Won’t start or boot up

Watch just shows green charge when plugged in or red when not. Won’t start up.

force it to restart. Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, or until you see the Apple logo.

Nope, does nothing. If I put on charger it shows green squiggly charge line and if I take off charger it shows red squiggly charge line but it never turns on. I can hold buttons for 10 seconds but does nothing.

If I leave off charger a few days then put on charger the apple logo comes on and it just goes straight to green squiggly charging symbol again.
