I bought more storage twice and it didn’t work

How do I fix it because my phone always loads some of my messages delete can’t go on some apps I bought more storage twice and I bought 200GB but every time I click iPhone storage full it just says 68.9 or 69.9 of your storage is taken but doesn’t show 200 I can barely use my phone I can’t update anything or taken pictures or use really anything on my phone and my AirPods won’t connect to my phone at all.
