My new iphone 13 pro won’t read pendrives, my ipad pro do well, sad.😡

Sandisk reader w iPad My new ipad pro does not seem to read my new Sandisk Extreme Pro UHS-II although the white light does light up on the scandisk. I go to general/about and I do not see any information on a reader. I rebooted my iPad but nothing. What else an I try?
