Apple Tv not showing in home app

So i previously had this apple tv and it would show up in my control center and home app where I can control it. The other day I went to the apple store and got my apple id email changed but still kept the same account. When it changed it had the loading screen on the home app for forever so i deleted the app then it reset everything. So I then reset my apple tv and logged in with my phone to my apple id account but it still isn’t showing up in my home app but I can use the remote on my phone… Does anyone know how to solve this? In the picture you can see where my homepods are but my apple tv is now missing.

I’m pretty sure that Apple TV never had a widget in Control Center. The old icon for the remote widget may have had the icon that is now in use for the Apple TV app. Maybe you remember that?

Apple TV (4th generation or later) would show in the Home app, where it will be listed as an accessory for one of the named rooms of the home, if configured with the same Apple ID account for iCloud services.

Ok so it’s under the settings app, then control center, then you click show home controls…But even then it’s not showing in my home app. It shows the apple tv in my ipads home app but the homepods in my Iphones home app. Does that make sense? So Im wondering why my apple tv isn’t showing up in my home app or in the control center(Show home controls in control center)on my iphone but it’s showing on my ipad

Yea! So my apple tv was in a whole other home, because on my ipad it created another home for some reason. So I went to the home app, and clicked the home icon on the top right, there were two options, my home and home and when i clicked home that’s where the home pods were and when I clicked my home that’s where the Apple tv was. I proceeded to delete the “My home” home because that was the one my ipad created. I had to go on to my apple tv >settings > airplay and homekit > then select the room icon which is like second or third to last from the bottom. I had selected the Living room option and then it created a living room in my actual home. To make sure, I went onto my phones home app and there both the apple tv and my homepods were in the same home.
