My iPhone 12 doesn’t do the force restart troubleshooting, screen keeps on blinking and no app is working

Can someone help me how to get my iPhone 12 to work again. I already did the forced restart troubleshooting but it doesn’t work. All the apps doesn’t work as well as Siri. The torn off button doesn’t appear when I press and hold the side button. Plus it keeps on blinking when I tap the screen and try to open it
