Apple ID is locked

I got a new phone and changed the Apple ID. However, some of the apps from my old phone is still connected to the old Apple ID. The old Apple ID is now locked and half of my apps can’t be updated.

If you can unlock the Apple ID using the link above, you can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
