i have recorded some audio on voice memos and transferred it to my MacBook. How do I now get that audio file into my current iMovie project? When I’ve searched for help online, it tells me to drag and drop from voice memo to iMovie. However, this doesn’t work for me- the file doesn’t transfer. Any other ideas?
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.0
Drag the voice memo to your desktop, and then from there drag it into iMovie. It will go right in.

Click the Import arrow/button and navigate to your audio file. Select it and press the Import Selected button.
