Does your iPhone 6s still have its original battery?

And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

Settings > Battery > Battery Health

It's not part of iOS. If you want to measure Benchmarks (Performance, Graphics test, etc.) there are apps in the App Store that can do it. If this is because you have problems with your iPhone, then you must return it to an Authorized Apple Service Center.
