Is there a known issue with Mac Studio & the Apple wireless keyboard (pre current magic keyboard)?
They won’t pair. Does the studio or M1 range effectively deem all apple wireless keyboards legacy devices? The keyboard works fine with a recent imac and macbook pro (not M1).

Yes I did, cheers for the reply. Apple have since confirmed that the keyboard is compatible but that it needs a wired usb keyboard for set up which just baffles me in 2022. So buy a usb keyboard for one time use? Very surprised that this advice comes with a computer of this spec!

Have you unpaired the keyboard from your previous Mac? This was the issue with other people trying to pair the old magic keyboard to a M1 Mac
