Noom app/Apple watch/Nike Run Club

Noom app seems to be double counting my exercise calories from both the Apple Watch and the Nike run app - any one know any way to configure it so it only counts from one source?

Fitness app calorie count reduced I use a third party app for HIIT workout. The app records my activity (duration, steps and calories burnt) and sync the data with Health app and Fitness app. As soon as the workout completes, everything appears good. The same calorie count is displayed in Fitness and the 3rd party app, and I could see that I closed the fitness ring. However, after some time, the calorie count was reduced in Fitness app. Why is that? I don’t have an Apple Watch, but I do have a band that tracks my steps. I understand there may be some double counting if I use multiple apps to track my steps and workouts, but shouldn’t Health & Fitness take the maximum of all source apps, if not the sum?

Activity app My watch with the 3rd party BOD app shows total calories and active calories. The results on the activity app on my phone total calories and active calories are the same. I have made sure everything is updated and done a hard off and on on both devices per instructions from other questions on this forum Thanks

Apple watch calories calculation I have been cross country skiing and am wondering how the calories calculations work with the workout app. I first tried the cross country ski workout but it did not map my route (how to do that with the cross country skiing is also a question) so the second time I went out I tried the outdoor run workout. The calorie calculation doing the exact same thing is vastly different using the different workout apps. They are listed below: Cross country skiing while selecting the workout activity to track: Selecting the Cross Country Skiing workout - 698 active calories per hour Selecting the Outdoor run workout - 224 active calories per hour How can doing the same thing have such different calorie calculations depending on what activity I select to track it with?
