Needed more details about why Apple ID was blocked on iTunes and App Store

I did contact support about my AppleIID being blocked on iTunes and App Store and the agent was great and unblocked it for me and said it looked like I could have possibly violated some terms of service and to be careful or I could end up getting my Apple blocked permanently. Then she gave me the link to this area to read more about it. But no where has it really given any information on what I actually did wrong, & why whatever is not allowed. So how am I supposed to know that I am not putting my Apple ID at risk in the future?

The most common reason this happens is if you dispute an Apple charge with your bank or card issuer, or a card is canceled with the issuer and you don’t change your payment method for the iTunes & App Store before the next subscription payment comes due.
