Magnet in iPhone 13pro

Is there a way to remove the magnet in the iPhone? I currently have the iphone11 pro so this isn’t an issue but I have a magnetic pressure valve in my brain. I have seen evidence that the magnet in the phone directly changes the pressure level in this device which causes grave health concerns. (Specifically for this, the reoccurrence of hydrocephalus) I have been an Apple user my whole life and would love to stay. I recognize that this isn’t an issue for the vast majority and wonder A. If there is a way to remove the magnet( whether by Apple or an outside source) or B is there an option from a manufacturing standpoint to leave this magnet out so people with various health concerns can continue to enjoy the apple products which we all know and love?
