how can i take photos so they go to my phone also and vice versa
How can I take photos on my phone and make them arrive on iPad as well.

Make sure both devices are using the same Apple ID.
Then on both devices:
Open Settings App
Tap your name, Apple ID, iCloud, etc
Tap iCloud
Turn Photos on on both devices.
