i need help

i am not sure why but i just got a new watch but for some reason it connected to my phone but my account does not pop up but my sisters does to connect hers on my watch i tried to set up as new watch later connects then go back to main settings to pair all over but what do i do?

No I don’t have anything connected from my sisters account and not sure if her information transfer from phone to phone or account to new phone I only have everything on my own Apple ID but I restart the watch and phone and unpair the watch start over still having to repeat the process and I use the option to add as new but same as I said in this message nothing
