Hello,

i just bought an Apple Watch for my Girlfriend and she can’t connect to the device because it says that is already an account connected. It’s weird because is a new apple watch,no one has used it before.

What can we do?

Take it back to where you bought it and let them know they sold you a used watch.

Not without the password to the account it's connected to already. And why would you want to keep a used device if you paid for a new one?
