Apple Watch restore

My Apple Watch Series 3 showed a red explanation point on it. I followed the steps above but now it is stuck on the restore wheel. What do i do now ?

Reset Apple Watch Series 3 trying to fix apple watch because is has red circle with exclamation point in m middle and says to go to support.apple.com/watch/restore and I followed the steps and int still isn't fixed. need Help please.

Now you have to send it in for a mail in repair as the page says;
