Apple achievement badges

So i bought my first Iwatch and after my first bike ride with it i earnd my first badge, but when is spin it, it says that the badge is earned by a phone number i dont recognise. So did the store sell me a used watch?

But this morning I did not get the special edition badge. I rebooted both my iPhone and watch, all software is up to date and both are on the same WiFi. Where’s my badge?? Why didn’t I receive the badge for 60 exercise minutes when I completed 62 minutes????? My watch is up to date and only a year old. With that being said apple probably has sent out a transmission for it to start breaking jusy like my last watch. I competed 62 exercise minutes and didn’t receive the award for completing 60 minutes. So upset I will probably get rid of my watch if it’s not even going to function right.

I bought a Apple Watch from this guy, I hope he didn’t rob me. I’ve tried to pair it and nothing My new Apple Watch on has a apple symbol in the middle of screeen. Nothing else
