Hi, the other day I just bought the App Procreate for using it with my iPad Pro. My daughter has an iPad Mini 6 and I wanted to share the app with her, but even when I try, I cannot share it and App Store wants me to pay again for the App.
Just FYI, all my family is in the Family Group, I am the organizer, and my wife and my 2 kids are members.
Any idea?

First, double-check that Purchase Sharing is enabled for the Family Sharing group with the help of this link: How to share purchases with your family - Apple Support
After that, try having the applicable family member(s) try using the steps from here to download it to their device: Download family members’ purchases on iPhone - Apple Support
For example, to download a shared app on their device they'd use these steps from the link:
Open the App Store.
Tap your profile picture at the top right.
Tap Purchased, choose a family member, then tap the download/cloud icon.
