I have purchased the app Notability but am not able to share the app with a family member.
After downloading the shared app on to my wife’s iPad, when I open the app it says that the app is no longer shared and needs to be purchased again.
I have tried reinstalling the app, offloading the app, and signing the Apple account out of the iPad and back in again, but nothing has fixed the issue so far.

Hi, yes I have purchase sharing and iCloud storage enabled. I have shared previous purchases with no problem with my daughter.
