Flickering on twitter and Roblox

Hi everybody just got a iPhone pro 13 max on software 15.5.

My issue is when I go on to twitter and scroll down or click on tweet with video it flickers now it doesn’t happen on Facebook YouTube on main home menu etc. Then when I play Brookhaven on Roblox with my daughter it flickers even worse but I have tried other games seem fine I have do resetting and re downloading app apple says it could be the apps fault just looking to c if anybody else has had same issues.
