I love to use apple products since 2016 but i am not satisfied now with the apple policies my device has stolen and nothing work how i search my mobile .I have lost my iphone 11 and now i strongly against the security policies of Apple product.

Did you have insurance on the device? Apple itself is not an insurance company so no, they do not replace peoples lost or stolen personal property.

If you have AppleCare+ with loss and theft coverage, you would file a claim with the insurance company that provides the insurance through a partnership with Apple. If you have third party insurance you would file a claim with that company. Otherwise, you buy yourself a new device.

Few crooks would want to allow an iPhone to communicate its location, so many don’t, and which means the Find My location information can be unavailable.

No vendor will swap a lost or stolen device absent explicit coverage, as that replacement would otherwise be massively abused.
