I am trying to verify my phone number so I can get and receive texts but I can’t get a verification code because I’m not receiving phone calls or texts

i m having same problem here, tried everything still cant receive the verification code

I have an iPhone 13 with 15.5 software, but verification texts will not come in at all! I have tried every suggestion Apple support has made and none work. I need a solution fast. Will someone from apple please address this issue?
