I want to do a stairs activity for 5 minutes. But every time the starting goal is 3 hours 17 minutes. It doesn’t matter how many times I change it to 5 minutes and do the activity it always goes back to 3 hours 17 minutes next time.

My elliptical workout is set for one hour and 13 minutes - I am not sure how that was set, but I cannot get rid of that? Any suggestions/solutions would be greatly appreciated!
