Siri Voice Response From HomePod Mini After A Question Is Asked

I have been having ongoing issues with the Siri Assistant. Whenever I put forth a question, Siri gives a generic response; “HEY SIRI, WHAT KIND OF PHYSICIAN SPECIALIZES IN FOOT MATTERS?” “SIRI SAYS; I HAVE FOUND SOME RESULTS I CAN DISPLAY THOSE RESULTS IF YOU ASK AGAIN FROM YOUR IPHONE” this doesn’t make any sense. Can someone tell me the reason for Siri not giving a related response over HomePod mini? I’d rather have Siri answer my questions using the HomePod mini instead of always referring me back to my iPhone.
