Consistently Being Charged for Purchases I Don't Receive.
I have been charged over $400 for in-app purchases that I made and then did not receive. This has happened with two separate developers, so I am sure this is an issue on Apple's end. Where can I submit my purchase IDs for the purchases to be restored? I do not want them refunded (and that apparently isn't an option, because my claims were marked as ineligible, and Apple payments can't be refunded or managed by the app developers; only apple), I just want my purchased items.
