Hi how are you so when I got this phone it was suppose to be sim unlocked and it says it’s sim locked and I can’t put my Verizon SIM card on it because it says it’s sim locked can you guys unlock my phone so I will be able to use my Verizon sim on it.

Contact your Carrier:
No. No one here can do this for you. These are user-to-user forums, in which no one here has access to your account (and that is a good thing, BTW). So, contact your Carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of configuring your SIM card.
