Go to iCloud Settings on your iPhone and turn off Find My iPhone before restoring your iPhone. The problem is that the old phone ceases to exist, it has been destroyed unintentionally. The shut the feature off in icloud

and the backup will not perform due to no old phone remains. I transferred service tonight, any thoughts?
