My old phone was destroyed and I wand transfer data and contacts to new phone and I don’t know how to move it over

Restore from iCloud Backup:

Go to iCloud Settings on your iPhone and turn off Find My iPhone before restoring your iPhone. The problem is that the old phone ceases to exist, it has been destroyed unintentionally. The shut the feature off in icloud
