i’m trying to backup my iphone but i have a grey bar and i don’t know what it is and it keeps saying “storage is to full
how can i backup my iphone when i have a grey bar that’s making my storage full

Tap on Manage Storage under the graphic and see what is in there.
If you are backing up to iCloud you really need at least 50GB in your plan.
5GB is OK for contacts, calendar etc.
