I sent the photos from my iphone to my laptop. As usual, I connected the laptop and the phone via usb. I sent the images and videos. From the start it seemed like there was no problem. When the proccess was complete, I saw that all the photos and videos are 0 Kb. Please help me. The data is very important for me. I have to recover them. Now there is no photo or video on my iphone. Please help me.
Unless you have a backup of your phone from before the photos disappeared they are gone.
You must not have downloaded the Photos to your laptop correctly. They should not be gone from your iPhone after downloading them to your laptop.
