To share your iCloud+ subscription with your family, you'll need to set up family sharing: Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support. Once that's set up, you can follow this guide to start sharing iCloud+. Share iCloud+ with your family - Apple Support.
Just so you know, you have to be subscribed to the 200GB iCloud+ plan or higher to share your iCloud+ subscription.
