I am trying to access information from my children's school which is in Adobe. I can't seem to figure out how to "disable" private relay in order to read their reports in Adobe. Any suggestions? (I am not computer savvy.)

Not sure how one thing is related to an other exactly. Adobe is a company, it is not a place or a file type.
Private Relay hides your internet connection information from websites. Nothing to do with document of files in PDF format if that is what you are referring to.

Otherwise, you may want to explain what happens when you try to access the "information" and may e some can provide some advice.
