My iPad Pro screen is black but with lights

My iPad Pro 12.9 m1 suddenly goes black with lights, I tried to restart it but it didn't work the apple logo shows as a very blurry light ? what should i do ?

Looks like a hint of a hardware issue on the screen

Was it accidentally dropped, impacted, or has been exposed to liquid before this happened?

You may want to bring in the device for service as troubleshooting won't help, especially for hardware issues

It’s a new iPad, I just bought it 3 weeks ag,o, and I didn’t drop it or make any impact on it, it suddenly goes black while I am using it
