MyQ No Devices on Apple Watch

MyQ No Devices error on Apple Watch - app worked on phone but not watch. Tried searching online and over an hour with MyQ support and got no help. This fixed my problem & I hope it helps someone. 2 things: 1) you must log into the app as the owner and not the co-owner. Co owners can use the app but don’t own “devices” 2) this was enough to get it working on my watch but at some point it stopped working. Maybe after an update or glitch, who knows. I Logged in/out and removed/reinstalled app and it still showed no devices on watch. What fixed the issue was to un-pair the Watch from my phone and re-pair with the backup version. When I opened the MyQ app on my watch and logged back in on my phone (with the owners and not co-owners account). It is working again!!!!

Why doesn't this show up in a search of this forum, and only in a google search.

YOU have it - I will try that.

I did discover that I had to make sure ALL parts were the latest version - iPhone software, watch software, and MyQ app. Now to sign in on my wife's phone as the primary.

Note to MyQ - that seems pretty dumb - but I really appreciate having the app on the watch.

Thanks for that. One other suggestion - make it a little harder to OPEN the door. Two stabs or something. Thanks.
