Why is Siri voice changing in tone, pitch and clarity?
Why is Siri voice changing from normal tone and pitch and clarity , to a muffled raspy lower voice?

Do you have low battery mode enabled? If so, turn it off and see if it resolves the issue. Under Low Battery Mode, fewer resources are allocated to Siri's voice.
