Notifications not arriving from Ring App to my iphone 11

I have Ring Doorbell and Chime all set up and checked multiple times by Ring Support - I have had my iphone settings also checked out and they are identical to several neighbours and been checked with Vodafone support but no matter what I do not receive notifications. All my other apps I receive notifications with no problem HELP as I think I am going mad!! Who can help please

Is this the only app you're having an issue receiving notifications from? If you open the app do you see an indication that you should get a notification? Is your iPhone updated? You can learn how to update here: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

You may also want to try deleting and reinstalling the app. Keep in mind this may result in some app data loss. We look forward to hearing back from you.
