Mobile Data Connectivity NOT WORKING AND SHOWING IT IS ON
Hi,
I have been having problems with my mobile data network. I`m on 3 mobile and it shows that there is data available but it cannot load ANYTHING.
Took the SIM out of my personal phone and put it back in, swapped my work phone`s SIM (O2 network) and it worked on my personal phone however when I put my 3 SIM into my work phone it also worked!
When I put my 3 SIM back into my personal phone it still wasn't working. I have reset the network settings, turned on/off airplane mode, turned on/ off mobile data, turned off WiFi calling, turned the phone off and on again and switched off my VPN...
And still nothing!
I have emailed my service provide (3) and have yet to hear back from them but I suspect they would just blame it on the phone!
Has anyone ever encountered this because this is seriously annoying trying to do day-to-day activities when you don't have WiFi to connect to
Would appreciate anything?
