I have 2TB storage but I still receive that my phone storage is full. And half of it all pictures. Why these pictures not stored in ICloud? What should I do? Thanks

iCloud photo is a synchronization service. So the photos live in iCloud and on your device. You cannot store photos in iCloud and not have them on your device as well as all changes are sync’d, even deletions.


You can save photos to a hard drive or computer and then delete them on your device, which deletes them in iCloud as well, to free up space on both the device and in iCloud.
